“Attached” is an animated short-film about two inseparable siblings. As they grow older, they struggle to balance their wants and needs, resulting in an unexpectedly chaotic search for their love for each other.

“Attached” portrays the relationship between two sisters throughout the early years of their lives.

Mara is the stereotypical clingy and chatty younger sister who has grown up having her older sister as her immaculate role model. On the other hand, Carolina is the teen older sister who has become too cool for school and also to play pretend. This film navigates fluctuations in a relationship and how regardless of any mishaps, the true bond of sisterhood is always there when most need.

“Attached” has as its main inspiration the Director’s personal relationship with her brother. Having gone through this same emotional journey with a loved one, the Director tells this personal story with heartfelt moments and comedic hints.
